InfoLibrarian Logos and Trademarks  InfoLibrarian trademarks and brands are InfoLibrarian's intellectual property and are important and valuable assets of the corporation. Trademarks must be used properly.  Follow these Guidelines for using InfoLibrarian's and others' trademarks and brands properly in internal and external communications, documents and electronic messages. These Guidelines apply to Infolibrarian employees, customers, licensees, consultants, outside vendors, and other third parties. You may refer to Infolibrarian products and services by their associated InfoLibrarian trademarks and service marks, so long as such references (a) are truthful, fair, and not misleading, and (b) comply with these Guidelines, which may be modified by InfoLibrarian from time to time in InfoLibrarian's sole discretion.

If you are a LICENSEE of an Infolibrarian trademark or logo, your license agreement that you signed with Infolibrarian may have special trademark and logo usage guidelines different than the Guidelines set forth here. If so, please follow the special guidelines provided to you pursuant to your license agreement. If you are a Licensee, but have been provided no special guidelines, then follow these.
Specifically: 

• Use the appropriate trademark symbol and trademark acknowledgment of Infolibrarian's ownership of the marks and/or logos in question. 
• Do not incorporate InfoLibrarian trademarks or logos into your own product names, service names, trademarks, logos, or company names, and do not adopt marks or logos that are confusingly similar to InfoLibrarian's marks and logos. 
• Do not make unlicensed use of InfoLibrarian's licensed logos, such as the InfoLibrarian Certified(tm) Logo.  Third party use of InfoLibrarian logos requires a license or written permission from InfoLibrarian.  If you are interested in obtaining a license  to use an InfoLibrarian mark or logo, contact your InfoLibrarian marketing or sales representative.
